By using FORGE, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old unless local law requires a higher age. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your password and device access.
FORGE is a fitness, training, nutrition, recovery, and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, emergency intervention, mental health crisis support, or physician advice. For pain, fainting, chest tightness, shortness of breath, injury, illness, eating disorders, pregnancy, medication use, or chronic conditions, consult a licensed health professional.
FORGE Pro may be provided through auto-renewing subscriptions sold via the App Store or Google Play. Price, taxes, free trials, promotions, and renewal terms are shown on the store screen and may vary by country. Cancellation, payment method management, family sharing eligibility, and refund requests are handled through your store account. FORGE does not store card details and does not control store refund decisions. Purchases can be restored inside the app.
You must use the service lawfully, personally, and within reasonable limits. You may not bypass paywalls, subscriptions, security, App Check, authentication, or API limits; use bots, scrapers, reverse engineering, data mining, spam, phishing, malicious code, or unauthorized access; or use the service to train competing products or copy FORGE systems.
You are responsible for messages, photos, proof posts, programs, recipes, challenges, comments, club names, and other content you provide. You must have the required rights and permissions before sharing content. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, child exploitation, doxxing, private data sharing, spam, fraud, illegal substance sales, copyright abuse, and dangerous health guidance are prohibited. We may review, remove, reduce visibility, or suspend accounts.
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a service-limited license to operate, store, sync, display, back up, secure, support, and moderate the service. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Third-party services such as HealthKit, Health Connect, App Store, Google Play, Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, and connected health providers may also apply their own terms.
The FORGE name, brand marks, interfaces, software, designs, text, algorithms, and other service elements belong to FORGE or its licensors. We may add, change, remove features, or limit access for maintenance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for security threats, payment fraud, community safety violations, or breaches of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific fitness result, data accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. FORGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; data loss; lost profits; third-party service outages; or user content. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Subject to mandatory consumer law, these terms are interpreted under the laws of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection, data protection, and store rules in your country may override these provisions. We may update these terms as the product, subscriptions, or legal requirements change.
