FORGE इस्तेमाल करके आप इन शर्तों और Privacy Policy को स्वीकार करते हैं। स्थानीय कानून ज्यादा उम्र न मांगे तो आपकी उम्र कम से कम 16 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। Account information सही रखना और password/device access सुरक्षित रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
FORGE fitness, training, nutrition, recovery और wellness tool है। यह medical device नहीं है और diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, emergency intervention, mental health crisis support या physician advice नहीं देता। Pain, fainting, chest tightness, shortness of breath, injury, illness, eating disorder, pregnancy, medication use या chronic condition की स्थिति में licensed health professional से सलाह लें।
FORGE Pro App Store या Google Play की auto-renewing subscriptions के रूप में दिया जा सकता है। Price, tax, free trial, promotion और renewal terms store screen पर दिखते हैं और देश के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं। Cancellation, payment method, family sharing eligibility और refund requests आपके store account से manage होते हैं। FORGE card details store नहीं करता और store refund decisions को control नहीं करता। Purchases ऐप के अंदर restore किए जा सकते हैं।
Service को lawful, personal और reasonable limits में इस्तेमाल करें। Paywalls, subscriptions, security, App Check, authentication या API limits bypass नहीं कर सकते; bots, scrapers, reverse engineering, data mining, spam, phishing, malicious code या unauthorized access इस्तेमाल नहीं कर सकते; और service को competing products train करने या FORGE systems copy करने के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं कर सकते।
Messages, photos, proof posts, programs, recipes, challenges, comments, club names और अन्य content के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं। Content share करने से पहले जरूरी rights और permissions होने चाहिए। Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, child exploitation, doxxing, private data sharing, spam, fraud, illegal substance sales, copyright abuse और dangerous health guidance prohibited हैं। हम content review, remove, visibility reduce या accounts suspend कर सकते हैं।
आपका content आपका ही रहता है, लेकिन service चलाने, store, sync, display, backup, secure, support और moderate करने के लिए आप हमें service-limited license देते हैं। Privacy Policy इन terms का हिस्सा है। HealthKit, Health Connect, App Store, Google Play, Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat और connected health providers जैसी third-party services अपनी terms लागू कर सकती हैं।
FORGE name, marks, interfaces, software, designs, text, algorithms और service elements FORGE या उसके licensors के हैं। हम features add, change, remove या maintenance के लिए access limit कर सकते हैं। Security threat, payment fraud, community safety violation या इन terms के breach पर account suspend या terminate किया जा सकता है।
कानून की अनुमति तक service “as is” और “as available” दी जाती है। Specific fitness result, data accuracy, uninterrupted availability या error-free operation guarantee नहीं है। FORGE indirect, incidental, special, punitive या consequential damages, data loss, lost profits, third-party outages या user content के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है। Mandatory consumer rights unaffected रहेंगे।
