HOW TO DO IT
Hold a plate at the sides at about 3 and 9 o'clock.
Stand tall with the plate in front of the thighs.
Raise the plate forward to eye level with nearly straight arms.
Lower slowly back to the start.
COMMON MISTAKES
- Swinging with the hips; keep knees soft and the torso still.
- Raising far above shoulder height; stop at eye level.

- Lower slower than you lift to keep the front delt loaded.
