HOW TO DO IT
Attach a rope to a high pulley and kneel facing the machine.
Hold the rope beside your head.
Crunch the ribs toward the pelvis, rounding the spine.
Return slowly without letting the hips move back much.
COMMON MISTAKES
- Pulling on the neck; keep hands light and the chin slightly tucked.
- Using hip flexors and momentum; curl the spine and move slowly.
TIPS
- Exhale fully as you curl up to feel the abs contract harder.
